  2. Number of exhibitor badges for personnel attending the event.
  3. Company contact information; and 100 word description of the company activities.
  4. Link for catalogue advertisement artwork; if required.

  7. Number of requested ushers/interpreters for hire during the event; if required.

Name Tags (Exhibitor’s Badges)

Deadline December 15, 2024.

  • Exhibitor's Name Tags will be printed with the exhibition logo.
  • Each 12m2 will be provided 4 name tags.
  • Name tags will be handled at the organizers desk upon exhibitor’s arrival to the exhibition hall.
  • Please inform us if your company needs extra name tags. Extra name tags are charged 3 US$ each.

Free Catalogue Entry

Deadline December 15, 2024.

The Online Exhibition Catalogue is designed as a buyer’s guide and as a reference to help visitors access exhibitors’ basic details and activities during and after the show.

Exhibitors are entitled to:

  1. Free listing of company details
  2. A free entry not exceeding than 100 words highlighting company activities:

The hostesses service provider does not provide special uniforms. If an exhibitor wishes to have the stand hostesses dressed in a special uniform/dress code; this must be requested from the hostesses service provider at least one month before the event and will be at an additional cost to be determined by the hostesses service provider.
